Because we begin preparing your food almost immediately, orders cannot be cancelled through the website once placed. If you need to cancel, you must speak directly to the counter staff immediately.
If your UPI payment fails but money is deducted, or if you are charged twice for the same order, please present your bank/UPI transaction SMS to the counter staff. Refunds for technical failures will be initiated within 24-48 hours.
If there is a genuine issue with the quality of your food, please return it to the counter immediately. Refunds or replacements are provided at the sole discretion of the canteen manager.
